We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our partner’s road toll system development project. You will work in an Agile development team, ensuring software quality and supporting the product lifecycle with strong testing expertise.

Feladatok

• Support software development with quality assurance practices in an Agile environment
• Plan, design, implement, and execute test cases
• Monitor and supervise test execution, prepare test reports and documentation
• Identify and communicate product and project risks to management
• Analyze business requirements and user stories from a testing perspective, propose refinements or additional user stories
• Maintain continuous communication with team members and product owners
• Improve testing processes and contribute to test automation initiatives

Szükséges ismeretek/ Használt technológiák

• Experience in testing web services (e.g., JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools)
• Hands-on experience in testing web applications
• Strong knowledge of testing fundamentals and test case design
• Experience with test management tools
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Spira, HP QC)
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong focus on achieving results and overcoming challenges creatively
• Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to understand and represent both customer needs and project requirements
• Professional English skills (written)
• SQL knowledge

• University degree in a technical field
• ISTQB certification
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python)
• Experience with Robot Framework
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
• Familiarity with noSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, InfluxDB)
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins)
